Return/Exchange Policy
Note of Agreement: By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge and accept the fifth peak’s return/exchange guidelines, designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all our customers. This policy supports our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, allowing us to handle returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining the high standards you expect from The Fifth Peak. Thank you for helping us keep our process clear and consistent for everyone.
Return/ Exchange:
Eligibility for Return/ Exchange
- Items must be returned/ exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The product is free from foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or any damage.
- You can exchange for a different size, colour, or product of equal value subject to availability.
- When your order arrives at the warehouse, we will conduct a Quality Check. If approved, we will then move forward with processing your return/exchange.
- All exchange requests are estimated to be delivered within 7–10 working days.
- In cases where a size exchange is unavailable due to stock limitations, we will arrange for an exchange with an alternative product, or we can provide a credit note for the same value of the product which can be availed in future online purchases.
How to Return/exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@thefifthpeak.in or through our website within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return along with the images of the product if it is damaged. In case of exchange, the preferred size/colour/item should be given.
- Once your return/exchange is approved, we will send you return instructions and a return authorization.
Return/Exchange Shipping:
- Pick-up will be processed and delivered within 3-5 business days.
- If your return/exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
- Shipment will be provided in two attempts, if the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to return the shipment to our warehouse address to process your return/exchange.
- You are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund as Discount code:
- A credit note will be issued for all return orders after the product has passed Quality Check, and it will be sent to your registered email address.
- Upon receipt of the returned items, a Discount code will be issued for the value of your return, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Discount code can be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. After 3 months, the discount code will expire automatically and hence cannot be used further.
- Discounted amounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The discount code will be sent to you via email, and it will automatically apply to your next purchase during checkout.
